PRIDE SPIRIT BEAR

Year: 2020
Client: Maple Ridge Community Foundation

Graphic Designer: Dusty Yurkin (www.dustyanna.ca)

Trenton was selected, among other local artists, by the Maple Ridge Community Foundation to participate in this community mural project in Maple Ridge. He chose the spirit bear to be friendly, joyful and cultural. The spirit bear is wearing a cedar headband with three bands representing the past, present, and future. They represent the past, present, and future of our generations. He also added in a rainbow on the drum and rainbow helix to represent the LGBTQ+ community.
